INNIO Acquires ECI-Distribution, PowerUp GmbH

INNIO has acquired ECI Distribution GmbH and PowerUp GmbH. The joint acquisition bolsters INNIO’s portfolio in the service area, as well as gas engine and cogeneration plant components, the company said. The acquisition became official on Dec. 1.
